The Mortgage Advice Shop Ltd is inviting allcomers to its premises with the promise of ‘one-stop shop for independent mortgage and financial advice’.
The word ‘independent’ is often used too liberally in modern commercial parlance but not for The Mortgage Advice Shop Ltd who enjoy total independence from the mortgage industry ensuring that the interests of customers always come first.
“We provide accurate and appropriate advice but without bombarding customers with information or being condescending” explained owner Steve Coleman who has over 22 years experience in the mortgage industry. “ We put ourselves in the customers shoes, treating each as individuals”
Steve’s aim is to cater for anyone in Harrow and the surrounding area who is looking for mortgage or financial advice, “for customers buying their first home, moving house or looking to insure themselves or their property we can explain in detail the home buying process and how mortgages and Insurance work. For customers not looking to move we can show them how much money they can save by changing lenders”
The service on offer is completely independent. With a choice of the many different lenders with 1000's of different schemes the customer is certain to get the best mortgage for their individual circumstances.
