The Mortgage Advice Shop Ltd is inviting all comers to its premises with the promise of ‘one-stop shop for independent and free* mortgage and financial advice’.

“We provide accurate and appropriate advice but without bombarding customers with information or being condescending” explained owner Steve Coleman who has 20 years experience in the mortgage industry. “ We put ourselves in the customers shoes, treating each as individuals”
Steve’s aim is to cater for anyone in Harrow and the surrounding area who is looking for a mortgage, “for customers buying their first home, or moving house we can explain in detail the home buying process and how mortgages work. For customers not looking to move we can show them how much money they can save by changing lenders”
The service on offer is completely free* and independent. With a choice of over 250 different lenders the customer is certain to get the best mortgage for their individual circumstances, in fact within 10 minutes an adviser will be able to tell you whether a mortgage would be available and how much can be borrowed.
