- We will issue you with a Client Agreement covering all the aspects of our service including details of who regulates us and our fee structure.
- We will explain the advice process and complete a full confidential fact find to ascertain the complete picture of your aims and circumstances. This is to ensure that we provide you with the very best and accurate advice.
- At this stage we would suggest that you may want to involve your family, as they may input some valuable questions to help in your decisions. However, we recognise that you are the client and therefore will work with you with regard to your decision to involve them or not.
- We will discuss other options and alternatives to Equity Release such as state benefits and implications, grants and support, downsizing, family support and other ways to raise the monies you require.
- Once we have answered all your questions and addressed all you concern, we will recommend the most appropriate product. This usually will be presented to you at a second meeting as we may need to go away to compile our research and produce the necessary documents including illustrations.
- When you are absolutely sure you want to proceed, we will help you with the application form, recommend a Solicitor if you do have one and submit your application to the chosen Provider.
- We will liaise with you through to completion and will produce a report outlining your situation and our recommendations. We will also write to you with our service charter questionnaire.
