We charge a fee for mortgage advice ranging from £195 to £495 payable on application (Please see the fee charging structure under Terms of Business). We also will receive commission from the chosen Lender however a fee paying option is available. If you choose this option we will charge 0.5% of the mortgage advance paid on application and then pass to you the fee we recieve from the lender.(This is in addition to our application fee)
